WBA to distribute Thanksgiving Baskets - Donations Requested The WBA is seeking donations of non-perishable goods for 3 holiday gift baskets for the Colonial Neighborhood Council's (CNC) food drive. We will be assembling these baskets for delivery to needy community families for the Thanksgiving holiday. More info. The baskets will be assembled on Monday, November 24, 2008 from 2:30 - 4:00 pm at Spring Mill Presbyterian Village, 2002 Joshua Rd. Lafayette Hill. WBA members will deliver the baskets from 5:00 to 6:00 pm. Items being sought include: canned or fresh vegetables (potatoes, corn, beets, sweet potatoes, broccoli, onions, celery), butter, stuffing, bread or rolls, frozen turkey or coupon for one, Giant gift certificates, gravy and chicken broth, cranberry sauce, dessert items, festive paper goods and tablecloths. Donations may be delivered in advance to Nancy Craig at Spring Mill Presbyterian Village. They may also be brought to the WBA meeting on Nov. 11th at the Whitemarsh Community Arts Center.
